An A Grade quality refurbishment of 3 floors and re-branding of the IBM building on 82 Wyndham Street, Auckland by Argosy Property. A quality marketing brochure was required to present to prospective tenants. The building will be targeting a 4 Green Star Built Rating from the New Zealand Green Building Council.
